I defined and led the development of a custom tool to estimate fiber network deployment for 13 million households in France (~15,000 km). On one side, I drove strategy with the C-level — cherry-picking deployment zones, ROI studies on billion-euro infrastructure investments. On the other, I was the only person who mastered the estimation model from A to Z — SQL analyses, presentations via QGIS for 3,500 municipalities. In parallel, I coordinated 10+ Data profiles between France and Poland over 18 months.
